Rate of pay: £10.50ph
Working hours: Mon - Fri 35 hours (9-5)
Contract: 10 weeks
Location: Nationwide House, Swindon
You will be responsible for reviewing & processing requests for contingent workforce resource. This includes contacting requesters for information or to seek clarification. You will be required to monitor & respond to mailboxes, maintain excel controller spread sheets, write minutes of meetings & other ad-hoc administration tasks. Within this role, you need to be comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems at the same time. You will be required to take ownership of queries to completion whether this is via telephone, email or face to face when required.
Knowledge of HR/ Resourcing/ Procurement would be advantageous.
