Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Resourcing advisor vacancy for a leading accountancy firm based in East Anglia. The opportunity presents the chance to work with key stakeholders in the business to help increase the growth of the firm. The main responsibilities are:

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for non-fee earning and junior level roles.
  • Work alongside hiring managers, partners and directors to identify the recruitment need and to proactively source suitable candidates using a variety of tools (job boards, applications, Linkedin, referrals etc).
  • Release roles to our approved agencies as and when required - brief them on the need and manage the submission process. Be the first line of review before submitting CVs to line managers.
  • Organise interviews and support when required.
  • Act as a mentor for line managers on Price Bailey’s recruitment process.
  • Draft and advertise roles as required on a variety of job boards.
  • Management of applicant data on the internal ATS system to ensure talent is properly managed and the firm is remaining GDPR compliant.
  • Manage the annual early careers programme (school leaver and graduates) - participate and play a lead role in assessment centres and early careers events.
  • Support on any ad-hoc project work that the HR team is undertaking.

The role would be ideally suited to someone that has previous in-house or agency experience working within professional services. The successful applicant will be a strong communicator and is capable of directing senior level peoplewith their recruitment process, whilst having strong organisational skills.
