We are currently on the lookout for a pragmatic and credible Resourcing Advisor with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to join us. In your role as Resourcing Advisor, you will report to our Resourcing Manager and work as an integral member of our wider HR team providing support to hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle. This role offers a great opportunity to work for an iconic brand, in an inspiring workspace and will play a key part in sourcing talent to support our business growth.
About the role
You will manage a number of vacancies within specific business areas ensuring an impeccable end to end recruitment service.
You will work with the hiring managers to proactively source candidates including the development of attractive advertising material and posting of vacancies on job boards.
You will get involved in the selection process through shortlisting and pre-screening candidates and supporting interviews where applicable.
You will invest time getting to know the client groups you are supporting, to ensure you are providing them with the best quality and tailored support needed.
You will ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
You will ensure all vacancy and candidate tracking activity is up to date and produce regular updates on recruitment activity for your business areas.
- You will possess a good level of experience managing end to end recruitment processes at Resourcing Advisor/Officer level.
You will have experience of advising the business on effective advertising and selection processes.
You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and verbal).
You will have a strong focus on the candidate experience and the genuine desire to understand their needs and respond to and exceed their expectations.
You will utilise your Recruitment knowledge to build strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders within your business areas and work collaboratively to achieve end goals.
You will be able to deliver relevant training sessions, where required, to upskill the internal manager population.
