As a Resourcer based at our Head Office in Ashby, you will proactively source the very best talent for the business through Networking, Linked In and Reed. You will collaborate with the Business to establish Recruitment needs across the UK and work closely with your stakeholders to ensure all vacancies are worked on and filled in a timely manner. Your role will also play a vital part in planning and preparing for IR35.
We’re not expecting you to have years of Industry experience, all we ask is that you come in with an outgoing, can do attitude with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop. This is a rare opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience in an In House Recruitment environment whilst growing and developing within the business.
Although this is a Fixed Term Contract, there is a possibility the role may become permanent at the end of term.
