Hays Office Support are currently recruiting for a fast growing, award winning organisation based in the centre of York. This organisation are recruiting for a Resourcing Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role
Within this role you will be supporting the Resourcing Manager and coordinating all of the administration for this team. Duties will include communicating with line managers and agencies to arrange interviews and obtain and provide feedback. You will help to produce and send contracts of employment and help to update the recruitment portal with vacancy details.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be happy working in a fast paced, demanding environment. This role would suit an experienced administrator. You do not require your CIPD or any HR experience but some exposure to recruitment would be beneficial or the desire to pursue a career within this field. You will confident communicating with colleagues at all levels including senior management.

In return you will be paid a competitive salary and benefits package including flexi-time. This role is due to start week commencing 9th April. This role is being offered on a fixed term contract basis with the view of becoming permanent. The office is located in central York.
