Due to the continued growth my well known client are looking for an administrator to join their Resourcing Team based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity not only to join a leading financial services organisation but also a friendly supportive team.
You will need a background in administration preferably within Recruitment or Human Resources and a keen eye for detail, this will be a busy role where you will work alongside the resourcing team liaising hiring managers and candidates.
Some of what you'll do:
* Coordinate recruitment activities for resourcing team and hiring managers
* Book interviews and manage process
* Compliance and audit responsibilities
* Candidate process management
* Organise training and book courses
You will be a confident communicator, a creative problem solver and have a good commercial awareness of the business issues that drive resourcing.
