We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our lovely clients based in Addlestone. They provide a specialist recruitment service to niche markets. The offices are bright, cheerful and very busy. They have strong teams of consultants and a great support team backing up the process.
Currently they need a RESOURCER to support the contract side of the business. An outline of the duties include:
Managing in and outbound calls to clients and contractors
Qualifying candidates against job specifications
Obtaining compliance from candidates for company vetting procedures
Downloading information from the CRM (client relationship management system)
Organising information on Excel
Processing supplier forms from clients
Obtaining information from Linkedin google and websites regarding clients
Assisting sales teams with all areas of sales administration and induction forms
Running payroll reports - chasing payments for contractors
Checking insurance credits
Sending terms of business via CRM
Managing declaration forms - booking and confirming courses for contractors
Supporting the on boarding process for major clients

£20-25k basic salary plus commission - on target earnings of £30k in first year and £40k in second year. Also
24 days holiday (3 saved for xmas) 1 additional day for birthday. Plus bank holidays
4 incentives per year - quarterly incentive based on targets - Ibiza, Las Vegas, Miami, Skiing
Early finish on a Friday
