What is this role?
The team recruit for existing contracts that we have in place with high profile clients and we are looking for an additional team member due to the increase in new contract wins and extra roles coming through.
In this role you will be talent pooling candidates to ensure they are compliant for work at short notice for temporary roles with our clients. You will be able to use a range our sourcing tools such as Reed.co.uk and other social media platforms to identify suitable candidates and arrange screening conversations and telephone interviews. You will be working alongside a team of Consultants to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations and deliver a world class service.
- Source and select candidates
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
You'll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
What are we looking for?
Ideally you will have either some recruitment experience or strong customer service experience and you will need to be someone who is confident on the phone and speaking with candidates.
You will need to be a quick learner as well as have strong admin skills, organisation is a must. There is high potential for the selected candidate to grow within the team here at REED into consultancy roles.
