The Challenge: Smart Solutions Recruitment are looking for a Resourcer to join our team in Avonmouth.
Summary of the role: The role is to support the recruitment team with sourcing and screening candidates for new and existing clients, becoming one of the main contacts for our candidates, who you will be in touch with on a daily basis and all aspects of office administration.
Normal duties will include advertising, registering and starting candidates, you will supportall aspects of Candidate control, pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct registrations whilst also preparing and delivering specific client inductions and testing. Deal with general candidate enquiries and support the Branch Manager in any associated office duties required to help supply a successful flexible workforce to our clients.
The Person: You will need to be self-motivated, have a professional approach and capable of working in a team environment. A key aspect will be your drive to succeed within a very competitive industry.
