Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education recruitment company, is seeking to hire a recruitment Resourcer immediately in our Manchester Secondary office. The office is based in Faulkner Street in Central Manchester and is the companies first secondary only office due to size and business levels. You'll be working alongside a team of consultants and three experienced managers who will offer you a great level of coaching and support, ideal to kick start your career in recruitment.
As a recruitment Resourcer you will be creating quality marketing and advertising, attending recruitment days and carrying out interviews in order to resource quality teachers and support staff. An understanding of the education would be advantageous, however a background in sales or working to targets isn't required for this role.
