Lead Talent is keen to recruit Resourcer/Compliance Assistant to join a leading healthcare recruitment company in Wolverhampton.

This recruiter is growing from strength to strength and this newly created role is to support their continued growth.

You will play an important part in the candidate journey being the first point of contact and ensuring provide a great experience for each and every applicant from the get go.

Responding to various methods of applications from social media platforms, forums and job boards/ Working predominately with nursing staff and health care assistance

Taking responsibility for following up all forms of enquiry with pre-screening and vetting processes.

The next criteria part of the role will involve document gathering to ensure each candidate have the correct paperwork, reference details and DBS checks.

It’s a blended role of recruitment screening and documentation gathering, this role is fast paced and requires both speed and accuracy, coupled with the personality qualities to build instant rapport and sometime ask awkward and confidential questions.
