About the role
You will be responsible for the leadership, management and direction of the resource planning team and their short, medium and long forecasting and scheduling, ensuring utilisation targets are met in the most cost effective and learner focused manner.

What you will do:
Leadership and direction of team; including change leadership, planning, setting priorities and creativity
Responsible for the accurate forecasting of incoming volumes in all areas of the business ensuring that all events that might impact Managed Learning Services are taken into consideration
Reviews and analyses data to make recommendations on the most appropriate resource levels, recruitment levels and overtime.
Supports the business to ensure that appropriate action is taken to keep actual headcount in line with business plan whilst ensuring that contractual KPIs, SLAs and Customer Satisfaction survey results are met
Capacity planning to ensure we meet expected demand in both the short-term and long-term, taking new business into consideration
Produces trend analysis and a suite of daily, weekly and monthly reports with narrative on all operation variables such as sickness, service delivery and attrition to an agreed schedule.
Your experience will include:
- People management experience
Demonstrable experience of Management Information Analysis in a call centre environment
Strong experience of trend analysis and forecasting
Strong IT skills using Microsoft Excel
Good eye for detail, presentation and accuracy with the ability to produce reports and communications suitable for distribution to all audiences.
Ability and confidence to present to senior management
