About the role
You will be responsible for short, medium and long forecasting, the scheduling of staff, operational variance reporting and the accurate and timely delivery of operational management information through the development, management and support of a variety of reporting solutions and processes.

What you will do:
Responsible for the scheduling of work, matching skills, capabilities and locations to the demand plan.
Reviews and analyses data to make recommendations on the most appropriate resource levels, recruitment levels and overtime.
Produces trend analysis and a suite of daily, weekly and monthly reports with narrative on all operation variables such as sickness, service delivery and attrition to an agreed schedule.
Capacity planning to ensure we meet expected demand in both the short-term and long-term, taking new business into consideration
Responsible for the accurate forecasting of incoming volumes in all areas of the business ensuring that all events that might impact the business are taken into consideration
To support the sales team during the bid process to calculate resource requirements
Your experience will include:
- Demonstrable experience of Management Information Analysis in a call centre environment
- Strong experience of trend analysis and forecasting
Competent using Microsoft Excel and familiar with all other Microsoft Office packages, particularly Access and PowerPoint and Call Centre Systems
Good eye for detail, presentation and accuracy with the ability to produce reports and communications suitable for distribution to all audiences.
An analytical mind and the ability to manage data.
Ability to identify process improvements
