You would be resposible for...

  • Planning and forecasting for a multi-channel Contact Centre to ensure service levels are met and staff are fully utilised.

  • Delivery of front and back office planning, providing detailed short, medium and long term capacity plans, MI, insight and recommendations

  • Leading and develop a team of Resource & Business Analysts to ensure the smooth delivery of capacity plans and forecasting

  • Develop / support recruitment plans, and provide optimal shift profiles required to meet the demand

  • Provide insight and support the operation with real time management or resource/efficiencies

  • Provide and deliver detailed analytical insight for regular and relevant forums

  • Investigating data in order to effectively manage campaigns to achieve targets for tasks and outbound / inbound campaigns

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Experience in resource management is essential

  • Knowledge of planning theories and forecasting methods

  • Experience of making decisions through analysis of results

  • The ability to build BI reports to understand performance and recommend solutions

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Experience of working with workforce management tools

  • Experience of building demand forecast models and creating forecast plans

  • Proven experience of influencing key business stakeholders

  • Strong evidence of developing others

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent (minimum Grade C in Maths & English)

  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel & SQL

£30,000 - £35,000 DOE
