Contact Centre Partners is currently seeking an experienced Resource Planning Analyst for our Midlands based client.
The role will require you to work closely with an operational team to ensure that forecast models are created on a daily/weekly/monthly basis both manually, using excel and via WFM technology.
It is preferred that your experience will have been gained within a back-office environment, however, front office experience will still be considered, and you will ideally have been planning for the short term and up to 12 months ahead.
