ARH Group the dynamic and professional Facilities Management, Process Engineering and Building Services provider, are recruiting for a Resource Planner / Administrator to join their Maintenance Department in Shrewsbury.
Managing the assignment of work to Engineers nationwide, your key responsibilities will be to:
• Plan and coordinate Engineers work diaries
• Ensure engineers have access to sites
• Collect paperwork from engineers upon job completion
• Manage holidays and non-productive engineer time
• Assist and support engineers with queries and issues
• Update client portals with status changes to jobs
• Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met
• General administration
Working in a vibrant open plan office, you will be approachable and friendly with a polite telephone manner in order to converse clearly and efficiently with both engineers and clients over the phone. Ideally you will also have some level of supervisory experience.
Training on the in-house Company systems will be provided but to be considered for this role you must have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook.
