You will support the Customer Services Operations team and be responsible for the accurate forecasting of incoming and outgoing volumes in a very busy Contact Centre environment.

What are the responsibilities of the Resource Manager?
- Analyse Contact Centre performance data and provide robust management information to the senior team
- Produce forecasts and make recommendations for improvements to service levels
- Manage shift patterns and ensure that people profile matches the call profile
- Manage the telephony system, including implementation, data management and administration, problem solving and relationship with suppliers
- Manage intra-day issues/performance and drive efficiencies by providing relevant data to the management team
- Use the telephony system to provide data to the senior teams on call trends and customer sentiment
- Work closely with the people leads to produce accurate, up to date reporting for HR / Payroll
- Undertake ‘planned vs actual’ analysis and carry out detailed root cause analysis to provide challenge and improve planning accuracy
- Translate complex issues and information into simple, key messages and deliver them in a variety of communication styles
- Provide both detailed and concise MI/reporting to business stakeholders
- Produce trend analysis and a suite of daily, weekly and monthly reports with narrative on all operation variables
- Actively assisting with staffing logistics including planning and co-ordination of recruitment, ensuring that the operation remains within policy, budget and headcount limits

- Experience of analysing and reporting data accurately
