An exciting opportunity has arisen at Utilita for an Resource Allocations Administrator working at our Head office in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh.



What You'll Be Doing

To provide engineers with a full allocation of work daily including patch maintenance, updating engineers' schedules, reducing work whilst there are engineer team briefs and training. Ensuring emergency technical issues are dispatched in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Organising and scheduling engineer workloads, ensuring availability for installations to be booked but not beyond their capacity.
  • Managing engineer's workloads daily through our booking system and other applications to ensure all jobs are completed.
  • To assist sub-contractors with queries, problems and questions in relation to systems and engineers work schedules.
  • Daily management of marketing and commercial project work, liaising with the relevant departments.
  • Managing the dispatch of faults whilst adhering to work within industry SLAs.
  • Maintaining all internal spreadsheets, contractor and engineer contact information.
  • To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • To obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries.
  • To direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • To deal directly with customers by telephone.
  • Managing the dispatch of faults whilst adhering to work within industry SLAs.
  • To assist with any enquiries from the Contact Centre



What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent teamwork skills and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure along with managing own workload
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Desirable Requirements:

  • Resource planning experience
  • Understanding of Ofgem regulations and industry standards
  • Understanding of our internal systems CRM, Liberty and SRV
  • Full understanding or the processes & procedures related to role
