We are recruiting for a leading supplier of residential and commercial valuations and surveys working with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers. They've enjoyed huge success as one of the leading suppliers regionally and have now grown to cover locations across the country. They plan to continue their growth nationally and become a recognised residential chartered surveying practice in the UK.

They have opportunities available for home based, MRICS/FRICS Residential Chartered Surveyors, who meet VRS registration requirements, who want to work across a mixture of both lenders and private clients. They are proud to have developed the careers of the surveying team from graduate recruits to their Senior Partner. They are looking to recruit even more registered valuers to join their network of surveyors and become part of an inclusive team of valuation and surveying experts.

What does the role involve?

You will be involved in generating fee paying income by undertaking a variety of professional valuation work from bank valuations to homebuyer reports and building surveys whilst developing and maintaining local and professional contacts across a geographical area.

What qualities and experience do I need?

You will need to be a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Registered Valuer.

You will need to have experience of valuation work in the area you reside in demonstrating your knowledge and experience of property values in your geographical area.

It will be necessary to work under your own initiative and be self-motivated. Your workload can be varied and led by your personal professional interests, so it is essential that you are committed to maintaining your skills, knowledge and experience as part of your continuing professional development.

A driving licence is essential for this post.
