Salary - £17,000 - £19,000

The successfully appointed Senior Residential Support Worker will have a relevant Level 3 Qualification, along with previous experience within Residential Childcare or working alongside young people.
Residential Support Worker - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using life skills, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life. Helping them to overcome any difficulties or disadvantages they may face - allowing them to strengthen their future. You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. They may also require your guidance within education, training and employment
- You will be committed to making a difference, this includes being responsible for staff supervision, leading shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas and making sure that education is supported
- You will have a great work/life balance. Our 3 week rota pattern, includes no nights and ensures consistency for the children and young people whilst providing you with flexibility and the means for training and progression
