Are you looking to join a well-established, committed and developing education and residential care team supporting Young people with Complex Needs?
Do you have support work or care experience?
Are you based in or around the Ripon area?
We are looking to recruit new Children’s Residential Support Workers to expand our already well-established staff team. To assist in the support of Young People aged 8–19 with Autism, SEMH and associated learning difficulties.
Salary: £17,600 - £20,300 (dependent upon experience/qualifications)

Located in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside on the outskirts of Ripon, Spring Hill is a residential SEN School and Children’s Home.
You will need the following skills/qualifications:

• Experience of working within an SEN School or care / support work
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player

• A willingness to learn
It would be beneficial if you already possess a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. However, if you don’t we will invest the time and support to provide you with this qualification.
These posts are based on a 40-hour week and do involve evening and weekend working. Part time positions are available.
Because of the type of work we do, you must be over the age of 21 and hold a full UK driving licence.
