The home in Worthing has five bedrooms and provides a high standard of care and support for young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience but what we really want is an outgoing attitude, dedication to making a difference and to share our commitment to
safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
A family is 365 days a year and so are we!
Our shifts reflect this.
In general our shifts are 24 hours starting at 8 or 9 am through to the next day with a sleep in.
If you are working full time this would be 3 days a week.
Weekends/Bank Holidays/Christmas/New Year will be worked on a rota basis.
The Support worker role in Worthing is for 39 hours a week with 5 weeks holiday. Applicants should have, or be willing to work towards QCF/NVQ3.
