As a support worker you will be working alongside experienced members of staff, assisting vulnerable adults (including learning disabilities) in their day to day lives, supporting them with decisions and helping them live independent lives within a residential setting.
You will be working through REED and have access to all benefits we offer, including:

To apply for this position you will need to have experience in care/support work and have knowledge of the industry. An NVQ2/3 in Health and Care would be beneficial but not essential. You will need to be flexible to work shifts and the self-drive to manage your own working diary.
