A major care organisation that provide residential care and support to vulnerable young people with learning, mental and physical disabilities.
Your new role
As a support worker you will be required to work on a personal basis with vulnerable young people whilst carrying out domestic duties expected in order to maintain and run the home. This will include cooking, cleaning and adhering to health and safety procedures. With the young people you will be expected to provide emotional support along with washing, changing and feeding.

A genuine passion for care, the desire to have a positive impact on a young persons life and the ability to adapt to pressurised situations that may arise within a care setting
