Children's Support Worker Job, EBD and Learning Difficulties, Derby, Burton-On-Trent, Up to £10 per hour
Through Hays, you will be working for a residential home specialising in the care of your people with complex needs. They provide varying levels of care for children with learning disabilities or EBD. You will be working as part of an established and committed team to provide the highest level of care to their service users.
Your new role will involve you working with children that have a variety of complex care needs. You will be responsible for providing care to young people with EBD or learning difficulties, and will be a central part of their development. You will be providing day to day support, including, updating care plans, and promoting good living skills to those you are responsible for.
Your previous experience in this sector will lead to your success in this role. You will be confident when working with Children and young people in a residential setting. You should be passionate about providing high standards of care, and use your professional skills and experience to develop and engage with service users.

This includes support when enrolling and your QCF level 3 adults or Children's NVQ. Holiday pay is available, and on the job expenses are paid.
