Residential Support worker, children - Widnes Area - Up to £8.50 per hour and great benefits

My client is a fantastic children’s organisation that specialise in Children with EBD and slight Learning Disabilities. They have grown in the last year opening two new homes who are running successfully in the Liverpool area and they are now looking to complete the team in their Widnes home.
They are looking for enthusiastic residential support workers to join the team and to contribute to the excellent care they provide. You will support the Children and Young people in their everyday lives and should aim to empower them to find their full potential.
The role is full time and the shift pattern is 2 in 4 off.

To apply you must have the following,
- Experience working with children in residential setting
- NVQ 3 Children and Young People have almost completed this
- A great attitude and sense of humour
You will be offered a between £8 and £8.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience plus £25 per sleep. You can take advantage of some of the best benefits I have come across for this type of role, these include a pension scheme and an extensive training package.
