Sales Negotiator - Saffron Walden - Basic £15K - £25,000 OTE
This exclusive, bespoke, high end independent Estate Agency are a market leading firm of surveyors, property advisers and auctioneers.
Established in 1825, this agent operates from six offices across the Anglia region including Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Newmarket, Ely, Haverhill and Sutton; and also have an office in London.
There is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy and well established Saffron Walden team.
You will deal with incoming enquiries, registration of applicant details and property requirements, booking viewings, negotiating between parties, liaising with vendors and buyers and assisting with sales progression. There will also be some out of office work, such as viewings so it is essential that you have a full clean driving licence and use of your own car, which must be insured for business use.
Ideally you will be NAEA qualified and have experience of using Jupix, although training will be given. You will also have a good overall level of education and excellent IT and communication skills. Good organisation skills and an ability to multi-task, work in a team and on your own initiative are essential. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy together with experience of, and a desire to, maintain a high standard of customer care when dealing with vendors and purchasers.
The position is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm and you will be required to work Saturdays and bank holidays on a rota basis 9.00am to 4.00pm with time off in lieu.
A good overall level of education but must have GCSE English & Maths grade C or equivalent
Computer literate and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft
Proven track record in a customer services / sales role
Working knowledge of Jupix / Vebra
1 years experience in Residential Sales environment
