My client are looking to recruit experienced Residential RICS Qualified Surveyors across the North West. If you are looking for a great career within an exciting business we would love to hear from you.

They are a growing Company with exciting expansion plans and fantastic opportunities for career development and growth with the organisation. They have a policy to always promote from within and have lots of 'home grown' managers and senior roles within the business.

An established practice in north-west providing Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys to wide variety of lenders and private clients.

  • RICS and qualified and Registered Valuer
  • MRICS or FRICS qualified would be preferred but not essential
  • Capable of working independently, home based
  • Good communication skills required
  • Must be computer literate with standard industry software
  • Excellent salary and commission package available for the ideal candidate

As a Residential RICS Qualified Surveyors you will be required to work full time hours.

In return, my client will offer a basic of £30,000-£60,000 (Depending on experience) plus commission.
