My client in the south of Manchester is looking to take on a Residential Solicitor or qualified Conveyancer for their family run office. As one of my favourite clients, they are up to date with the latest technologies which allows you to work from home part of the week, as well go into the office for the regular updates with the team. They also have a portal in which clients can access the process of their conveyancing transactions online, which is great for time management for the successful hire.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with sale and purchase, re-mortgage and new plot sales and will be an existing case load due to expansion of the team.

Ideally the client is looking to take on someone right away, however, is also willing the wait for the right person.

Due to the nature of the business, the MD has mentioned to me that there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to have a clear career path to Director level if they so wish.
