Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer / Legal Executive

Our client is a firm proudly built on relationships. With a staff of over 150, and with 40 years of experience, we are a niche firm offering a range of conveyancing and other legal services to Private Individuals, Housing Providers and Business clients.

They currently have an exciting opportunity in their Canterbury office for an experienced fee earner (solicitor/conveyancer/legal executive/paralegal) working Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm.

You can expect to be dealing directly with clients, developers, Housing Associations and their solicitors, estate agencies, mortgage companies and brokers

You will have proven experience running conveyancing cases, freehold and leasehold This role will be split between working from the office and from home and a preferred working pattern can be discussed at interview.
