I am recruiting a Residential PropertyParalegal, who will assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of residential property conveyancing including maintaining meticulous records and accounts. Your role will involve effective communication with clients via email and telephone, handling client enquiries, and preparing and submitting SDLT Returns and HM Land Registry applications. You will review title and property documents, prepare contract packs, conduct research, and manage various administrative tasks.


Office based in Chesterfield, you’ll be part of a highly regarded law firm providing wider services to our clients including wills & probate, family law, employment advice, litigation, commercial property and corporate work. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong academic background, including GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A team-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are also required
  • Previous experience in supporting fee earners on all aspects of Residential Property conveyancing matters would be advantageous


Competitive Salary

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Chesterfield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
