Well-regarded, multi-office practice seeking a talented Residential Property Paralegal for their Hertfordshire office.

The Role
Our client now requires an additional Paralegal who has completed the Legal Practice Course to join their flourishing and CQS-accredited residential property department. Becoming part of a partner-led team, the successful Paralegal will enjoy a varied and challenging workload, providing support to senior lawyers with duties which may include: file opening and closing; submitting and reviewing searches; liaising with clients and external professionals via telephone, email and in person; diary management; producing legal documents and; general office administration. This is a hands-on position offering a competitive salary and career progression prospects for the right Paralegal.

The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Property Paralegals with experience gained in a  reputable Residential Property department;
With an excellent academic background, its essential that you have completed the Legal Practice Course;
IT literate with a good working knowledge of conveyancing processes;
Highly organised and able to handle a full workload, managing multiple and competing deadlines;
A personable team player with excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
