Role Overview
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate level Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing team in Swindon.
This is a newly created role within a busy and expanding department, offering an exciting opportunity to work with both local and national clients on a variety of property transactions. You’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality legal advice, maintaining excellent client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx, with 3–6 years’ PQE in residential property work.
  • Strong experience managing a broad caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills with a commitment to delivering first-class service.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple transactions.
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working within a close-knit and supportive environment.
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on efficiency, quality and developing lasting client relationships.
