Our client is a leading full service regional law firm with offices in Southampton , Salisbury, Poole, Winchester and London and an excellent reputation of dealing with a broad base of Commercial and Residential property matters. They have an exciting vacancy for a Conveyancing Senior Associate or Partner to head up a thriving and growing team in the Bournemouth region.
Our client has a vacancy for an experienced Associate level or Partner level solicitor or fellow with a following to lead their busy and successful Residential Property Team based in the Bournemouth region. You will be joining a leading regional law firm with over 200 staff. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious residential property lawyer in this region.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years recent relevant experience in residential property work, preferably in the Bournemouth /Poole region and possess excellent technical skills. Candidates must be IT literate and have previous experience of using case management systems.
The ability to create, develop, and exceed the expectations of clients, potential clients and work referrers is essential to this role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful business development and willingness to pursue new opportunities in this role
One of the top priorities of our Residential Property Team is the delivery of excellent client service at all times. Candidates will need to manage their own work load effectively and work as part of a team to achieve this.
