Residential Lettings Inventory / Inspection Clerk - Tilehurst - up to £25k

A fantastic opportunity to work for a very well respected Estate Agent and Lettings brand in the Tilehurst area. They are a leading independent with several branches who have built up a successful business. Due to increased business within Lettings they are looking for an experienced Inventory / Inspection Clerk who has at least 12 months experience in carrying out inventories, inspections and check outs.

Purpose of Role:

The objective of this role is to produce detailed inventory reports, to engage with Tenants on appointments and to represent the company. You will also be required to carry out routine property inspections and check ins/outs when required. A full clean driving licence and your own car will be essential for this role for which mileage will be paid.
You will be working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

• Inspections
• Check Outs


• Inventory experience is essential.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
• Industry recognised qualifications such as ARLA and IRPM are preferred although not essential
