My Client is an established Law Firm with a reputation of provided high class legal services for the past 30 years. Due to growth within the company they are now looking to expand within the conveyancing team by appointing an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

The Role;

Dealing with a full caseload of Residential Property matters, to include sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold, deeds of variation, postponement and new build transactions.

The candidate;

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and the ability to run a busy case-load under minimal supervision, from initial instruction through to post completion. You will be an excellent communicator who exercises high standards and places great importance on client relations.

Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience; the firm offers a great benefit package as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression.
