The firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their thriving office in Newcastle.
This department deals with good quality levels of work and receive an abundance of referrals.
You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
The firm have an excellent case management system and each fee earner is provided with a dedicated support team.
You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a friendly and supportive environment.
- You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' experience
- You will have experience in handling your Conveyancing cases, with strong exposure
- You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
