An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a well-known High Street law firm in Herefordshire.
Operating for over 40 years within the Herefordshire and Worcestershire regions, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The firm have built an established network of clients offering a full service. This is an important, strategic appointment as the firm are looking to grow their market presence further.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages. Candidates with Commercial experience will gain a significant advantage for this position.
We are keen to speak to Conveyancers who are qualified Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers. Technical skills will be complemented by strong levels of client servicing.
