Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer. My client is an established general practice law firm with offices in Southend, Chelmsford and Colchester and has an urgent requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer to join their successful team. My client is known for the friendly atmosphere within their team and the promotion of a work life balance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages.

This is a key appointment to the firm and as such you will be actively involved in Business Development and the supervision of junior team members.
Applications will be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have 12 months experience at an established firm.
