This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join a thriving Residential Conveyancing team. Residential Conveyancing Paralegals with at least 2 years’ experience are encouraged to apply, in addition to those who are currently at graduate level. Your duties will be varied and may include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages; submitting and reviewing searches and; transfers of equity. Applications are encouraged from Residential Conveyancing Paralegals with at least 2 years’ experience in addition to those at graduate level.
Enthusiasm for property law is essential in applications to the role.
