Established practice seeks Residential Conveyancing Paralegal on a full or part time basis in London.

The Role
Our client is now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Paralegal on a full or part time basis in London. With good knowledge of conveyancing processes, the successful Paralegal will manage a busy workload, undertaking a mixture of legal work and administrative duties with minimal supervision. Duties may include: file management; submitting and reviewing searches; liaising with clients and external professionals in person and over the telephone; exchanging contracts; typing and; registration formalities. In return for their hard work and dedication, the successful Paralegal can expect exposure to good quality work, hands-on conveyancing experience and the opportunity to work alongside experts in the field.

The Candidate
This role would be suited to a Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ experience gained within residential conveyancing;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written will be essential;
The ideal Paralegal will be able to speak some Bengali;
Be a pro-active team player with a keen eye for detail.
Possess excellent organisational skills, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Conduct themselves in a manner which is both professional and personable at all times.
