The Role

The successful Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner will need at least 12 months' experience in the legal sector ideally in a Residential Conveyancing department and a good understanding and comprehension of property law including residential freehold property and residential leasehold property. This is a marvellous opportunity for somebody who is seeking a career as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.

The Candidate
You will:-
Be a Paralegal/Fee Earner with experience in Residential Conveyancing;
Be personable with a high level of integrity;
Be numeric with a keen eye for detail;
Be efficient and organised with exceptional communication skills.
