Your Position As a Conveyancer in the Nuneaton office, you’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, supported by experienced paralegals, administrative staff, and senior fee earners. You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that values quality over quantity and ensures each client receives exceptional service.
Managing your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
Drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts and legal documentation
Handling client communications and maintaining strong professional relationships
Overseeing transactions from instruction to completion with appropriate supervision and support
Working collaboratively with colleagues and sharing best practices across the firm
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies
