Your Position
As a Conveyancer in the Nuneaton office, you’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, supported by experienced paralegals, administrative staff, and senior fee earners. You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that values quality over quantity and ensures each client receives exceptional service.

• Managing your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
  
  
• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts and legal documentation
  
  
• Handling client communications and maintaining strong professional relationships
  
  
• Overseeing transactions from instruction to completion with appropriate supervision and support
  
  
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and sharing best practices across the firm
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies
