Your Position Based in the firm’s Coventry office, you’ll join a busy and well-structured Residential Conveyancing team. Working alongside highly experienced professionals, you’ll be supported with the right systems, mentorship, and manageable caseload to ensure quality and consistency of service.
Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
Managing client relationships and delivering clear, practical advice throughout the process
Preparing contracts, transfer deeds, and other relevant legal documentation
Coordinating with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
Supervising or mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Contributing to business development and maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence
