Your Position
Based in the firm’s Coventry office, you’ll join a busy and well-structured Residential Conveyancing team. Working alongside highly experienced professionals, you’ll be supported with the right systems, mentorship, and manageable caseload to ensure quality and consistency of service.

• Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  
  
• Managing client relationships and delivering clear, practical advice throughout the process
  
  
• Preparing contracts, transfer deeds, and other relevant legal documentation
  
  
• Coordinating with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
  
  
• Supervising or mentoring junior team members where appropriate
  
  
• Contributing to business development and maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence
