The Role

This role offer you the opportunity to run your own small residential conveyancing caseload for a selection of high net worth clients whilst supporting and developing a small team of paralegals. There is definitely an emphasis on quality, with you having plenty of time to work on each file, providing a first class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running a high-value mixed residential caseload of sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, flats, shared ownership, help to buy, and new build.
  • Support, develop, and mentor a team of paralegals
  • Provide technical assistance to the team
  • Work with key clients of the business

About You

  • Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor or Conveyancing Fee Earner qualified by experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Enjoy developing junior members of the team
