Residential Conveyancer

Full time Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor.

Spencer Lockwood Conveyancing is a property Law company based in E14 and specialises in Conveyancing, Wills and Probate.

We are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join our close knit team, someone who enjoys what they do and is looking to grow with the company. We pride ourselves on our team ethos and helping eachother out in order to ensure client satisfaction and a positive conveyancing experience for all who use us.

Duties will include:

• Managing own caseload with comprehensive assistance.
• Operating via the firm’s case management system Hoowla
• Carrying out research and keeping up to date with conveyancing law
• Keeping clients updated via phone and/or email.

• Desired skills:
• Experience with handling own caseload
• Qualified Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer.
• Experience with meeting completion targets
• Experience with New Builds, Help to Buy, Leaseholds and Shared Ownership Properties.
