£28,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

The Client:

A highly-regarded law firm is currently looking to hire an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the practice. This recruit will see you carry your own caseload of sale and purchase files whilst working closely alongside specialists in the sector.

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a very modern, forward-thinking organisation with excellent routes to progress in the future. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work as part of a thriving residential property department dealing with a high-volume caseload of files. You will be responsible for your team’s performance and ensuring that their targets are met.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

Whilst it would be ideal to be qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive it is not a prerequisite

Ability to run Residential Property matters of varying value and complexity from instruction through to completion

Excellent client care skills

The ability to work as part of a team - the firm puts a great emphasis on this quality

Proficient with the use of case management systems
