Your new role
You will be expected to carry out an array of quality freehold and leasehold agreements, some of which include sales, purchases, re mortgages and new builds. You will be expected to provide an exceptional service to both clients and third parties. You must keep up a channel of communication with clients and third parties at every stage of the conveyancing process. It is essential for you to optimise the experience for the client through the use of technology systems available.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have two years of residential conveyancing experience and be passionate about providing great customer service. In addition to this you will ideally have in-depth knowledge of leasehold property. Being able to adapt to innovation and work within a team is also crucial to success within this firm.
