Lexcel accredited firm in Royston is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team.

The Role
Our client is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Royston office.  The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision and duties may include: new builds; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and granting new leases; obtaining Land Registry documents; re-mortgages; submitting and reviewing searches and; transfers of equity.  In return, the firm offers a competitive salary and a friendly, supportive working environment where you will be encouraged to fulfil your full potential.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Residential Conveyancers with 3 years’ plus experience gained from a reputable firm.
It is required that you have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
The successful candidate should have the ability to prioritise workload and be able to work towards tight deadlines.
It is essential that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
