Residential Conveyancer

Location: Royston/Hertfordshire

PQE: Flexible

Contract: Permanent

An opportunity is available for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive or a Conveyancer by experience to join a National legal practice on a permanent basis. Due to a successful period they are looking to create a new team by adding an additional member of staff. Salary is negotiable depending on experience which includes benefits and a bonus structure.

I am looking for a candidate that understands the full Conveyancing process from inception to completion. You must be able to handle a full case load of; leaseholds, sales & purchase, re-mortgages, deeds of variation, lease extensions, transfers and have the ability to handle the land registry portal. The ideal candidate will be someone that can work with minimal supervision handling volume caseloads. Ideally, I am looking for someone that is around 4 years PQE however, I am happy to look at candidates with less experience if they can demonstrate good previous working experience.
